Bar Boruch and Noga are getting married at Bais Yisroel Hall
Yerushalayim. The chosson has no father, the kalla no mother. Noga is the last of five children to marry. Her father works in a supermarket but has a very limited income. Noga's brother got married just four months ago and her father is unable to meet more expenses.
